Returns & Refund Policy

At Paxparrot (operated by CANNYBRAINS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care to deliver quality baby products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Returns & Refund Policy explains the process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

❌ For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as feeding accessories, personal care items, and opened packages cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
  • Used, washed, or altered products.
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

  • Our support team will guide you through the return process.
  • Depending on the case, we may arrange for a pickup or request you to ship the item back.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).

5. Replacements

  • If you prefer, we can replace the defective or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund, subject to stock availability.
  • Replacement shipping will be free of cost if the error was on our side.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may follow the return process after delivery.
