However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Returns & Refund Policy explains the process for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
❌ For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as feeding accessories, personal care items, and opened packages cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
- Used, washed, or altered products.
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process

- Our support team will guide you through the return process.
- Depending on the case, we may arrange for a pickup or request you to ship the item back.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
5. Replacements
- If you prefer, we can replace the defective or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund, subject to stock availability.
- Replacement shipping will be free of cost if the error was on our side.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may follow the return process after delivery.
